Billing Details

$45.00 per weekly 2-hour session:

In a typical month this comes to $180/month ($45 x 4 weeks). However - the number of sessions billed will fluctuate up or down with the length of the month and holiday closures.

Additional weekly sessions at no extra cost:

It's a great way to get more Hackstudio! If you come twice a week or more (say you sign up for TUESDAYS and THURSDAYS), you will be billed monthly $45/session for the first weekly enrollment and $0/session each for the second, third, fourth...

How billing works:

At registration, we collect your first month's commitment. Then, starting your second month of attendance, we automatically charge your credit card on the 1st of the month, in advance, for that month's sessions, sending you an itemized invoice by email.

Because our staffing depends on monthly attendance projections, your in-advance monthly charges are non-refundable. If you know you're not going to attend in the month of December, for instance, please hibernate your account (see below) BEFORE the December 1st billing cycle.

How to stop monthly billing:

Sometimes you'll have to step away from Hackstudio. When that happens, you'll place your account in "hibernation." Go to members.hackstudio.com, navigate to the person whose account you'd like to hibernate and in the upper right hand corner of their profile, click "Hibernate This Member." That will stop all billing beginning with the next"first-of-the-month" billing cycle. 

Your account will remain in hibernation until you wake it up by registering for a new session.
